This menu is based on Spring foods which become available to us just as our bodies need light, warm, dry, and rough foods to antidote the dampness of the Spring Season and heaviness that has accumulated throughout the Winter Season. In Ayurveda, these are called Kapha pacifying foods.

Playa Samara is approximately 1.5 hrs by private air conditioned shuttle south of Liberia Airport on the western coast of Costa Rica. It is 45 min South of Nosara. Miles of white sandy beaches and on the edge of the jungle. Your stay will be in a secluded, private, gated, all villa compound just steps from the beach, with swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor dining area. Each villa includes its own fully equipped kitchen, outdoor hammock, master king bed with private bath and twin beds with a shared bath with view of the pool and garden.
