  choose from: hazelnut, raisin-almond-allspice, lemon-toasted almond, rose-pistachio-cardamom, banana-walnut ; base of gluten-free oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, psyllium husk, coconut oil, maple syrup, himalayan pink salt + additional nuts/spices per ‘variety’
  *very filling, excellent for elimination

• Stewed fruit 12oz $12
  some combination of apple, pear, banana or plantain, star anise, clove, ceylon cinnamon, ginger, cardamom

• Soft-boiled orange-yolk egg (2) $5
  *from the Amish farms in PA where I get my milk/cream

• Frittata (6-8 eggs) wedges 35oz $20

Lunch/Dinner

  *slightly out of season, but WF is having a sale on OG asparagus, and at this point in my pregnancy I’m happy to enjoy the diuretic! Hope it resonates with you, too

  made with egg, mushrooms (for moisture), little bit of milk, onion, garlic, etc.

Orders must be placed by 12pm Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.

*Make sure I have your glassware & glass jars!
Glassware containers must be dropped off at 242 E 72nd Street the night before/morning of delivery day.
Glassware pick-up is available for $10 and can be left night before delivery day with your doormen.
Please communicate your plan/needs ahead of time.
