Spring Ayurvedic Group Cleanse

  • Three Jewels NYC and Everywhere ! (map)

CLEANSE DATES: April 5-11, 2020

This is a group oriented and facilitated 3-, 5-, and 7-day cleanse which will run April 5-11 and includes a preparatory *VIRTUAL* workshop on Monday March 29, 7-830PM EST.

Even the finest instruments require retuning on a periodic basis. Has your body/mind fallen out of harmony? Are your appetite(s) and cravings (for type/amount of food, social interaction/attention, movement, creative expression, material goods, etc.) no longer in concert with inputs that make your body/mind sing? Let’s welcome in Spring together with a digestive reset to transition into Spring with coherence, clarity and grace.

Support your body/mind with an Ayurvedic Kitchari Cleanse to:

  • usher toxic residues out of your system(s)

  • reset metabolism / kindle digestive fire

  • balance and harmonize bodily humors

  • increase energy and vitality

  • improve cognition (mental clarity + memory)
