This week’s menu is more of a ‘make your own macro plate’ — there are a number a sides that can be combined with a dressing that will pull the whole meal together…!

  choose from: hazelnut, raisin-almond-allspice, lemon-toasted almond, rose-pistachio-cardamom, banana-walnut ; base of gluten-free oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, psyllium husk, coconut oil, maple syrup, himalayan pink salt + additional nuts/spices per ‘variety’
  *very filling, excellent for elimination

Delivery $6 on UES between 68th and 89th ; pick up is free.

Orders must be placed by 12pm Sunday for Monday delivery.

*Make sure I have your glassware & glass jars!
Glassware containers must be dropped off at 242 E 72nd Street the night before/morning of delivery day.
Glassware pick-up is available for $10 and can be left night before delivery day with your doormen.
Please communicate your plan/needs ahead of time.
