We are welcoming the Lower East Side's local leaders and creators in health and wellness, our communities yogis, health gurus, seasoned herbalists, nutritionists, chefs, movement instructors, and more. Wellness Weekend is dedicated to the health of our minds and bodies, and the beauty that comes with crafting, growing and nurturing together. We are offering the Lower East Side and greater New York community a place to connect and interact around health and mindful living.
Hester Street Fair has teamed up with MGC Hour to bring you a full weekend of health, wellness, and beauty workshops. Have you ever been interested in trying meditation, but didn’t know where to begin? What are crystals, and do they really have the power to heal? What’s the difference between all these yoga forms, and which one is right for me? What are the benefits of sound healing, and does it really work? What is herbal medicine, and how can I incorporate them into my daily life? These are just a few examples of the types of questions that will be answered at the workshops at Wellness Weekend. Come with an open mind and leave with a new repertoire of skills to lead you on a path of a healthier lifestyle.
